Welcome . We are continuing in our aim to become a “one stop shop” for A.C Industrial Electric Motors, Inverters and Gearboxes. As larger manufacturers rationalise and reduce their stock profiles and levels we at Universal Motors are trying to stock motors that are increasingly on very long lead times. What’s New We are now up and running in our new warehouse increasing our square footage to 21,000 sq ft. This continued expansion is due to the hard work of our staff and the loyalty and support of our customers, thank you. Inverters We have launched our own high quality range of Universal motors Inverter Drives which are now in stock. Gearboxes Our new range of premium quality Gearboxes branded Universal Motors and manufactured in Italy are now in stock. Some of our Strengths Stock – We have invested heavily in stock and now have £1.2M UK stock and group stock of over £3.5M. All available off the shelf for same day collection/delivery or standard next day delivery. Specials – We love specials if you have a requirement then compare our prices and lead times and you will be pleasantly surprised. Backup – Yes we can do stock modifications, yes we do keep spares for all our motors. Yes we do have full technical backup. We don’t just shift boxes at Universal Motors!
