VET Post Production now trading as VET Training. VET was formed in 1985 to service the needs of growing community video groups. Initially training and equipment repairs that soon led to hire services and full post production facilities. Training and post production ran side by side until the end of 2015 when the post side transitioned to Molinare and still runs in Hoxton Square. On the training side Pat & Joan have continued to deliver high quality training to broadcast and post houses. We now run bespoke courses in broadcast technologies for groups, and offer training and technical consultancy for companies. We no longer run our open short course programme for individuals. All Training is delivered onsite at the clients. A core of current courses exist and are available for delivery or can form the basis of a bespoke customised version to suit particular teams. Major UK Broadcasters as well as larger facilities and post houses have taken advantage of an adaptable approach to training delivery and the experience of delivering to a wide scope of clients ensures current clients get an up to date delivery with real and current experience from our Trainer. VET (Video Engineering & Training) cooperative was set up in 1985 with a clear mission which still holds today: to make video technology accessible for everyone. As practitioners we are still in a unique position to write and present current knowledge of the latest editing software, technical broadcast protocols and developments in digital media through our renowned training courses. We do it and we share it. Video Engineering and Training offers mainly technical training of filmaking and editing to an industry standard.
