La V.G. nasce nel 1974 dall'intuizione del suo fondatore Volta Gilberto. Fin dalle sue origini la V.G. opera nel settore del segnalamento ferroviario, collaborando con alcune tra le più importanti aziende nazionali ed internazionali nel campo dei trasporti su rotaia. Nel 1986 diventa s.n.c. stabilendo la propria sede a Pontecchio Marconi; dopo oltre 40 anni di attività, l’azienda è oggi in grado di fornire un servizio completo di gestione dei sistemi elettromeccanici per i trasporti ferroviari e metropolitani, seguendo il cliente dalla fase di progettazione fino a quella esecutiva e di certificazione. Con la nascita nel 2009 della divisione elettromeccanica, V.G. snc ha ampliato e diversificato le proprie aree di business, dedicandosi alla realizzazione di cabine elettriche di trasformazione e comando e all’automazione industriale.
