WHO WE ARE The founders of Viale met by chance in the streets of Florence, Italy 10 years ago but it was no mistake when they became best friends. They are two best friends who would’ve never met each other as they lived in two different parts of the world but it was fate for them to meet, share the same interests, and eventually become the heart and passion behind Viale. Our team also consists of designers and beauty experts from all over the world including Korea, Italy, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles, sharing their diverse cultures, tastes, and skills to bring to you the best designed and developed skincare products. OUR INSPIRATION The word Viale means boulevard in Italian – a street surrounded by beauty and nature, where the best chance meetings occur, the best stories are told, and the best memories are made. The essence of all this is captured in a single word – Viale. And this became the inspiration for our company. At Viale we take pride in releasing small batches of product lines to ensure quality and consistency in our ingredients. The uniqueness of Viale’s first supreme line is the active ingredients in our cream that is exclusive to Jeju Island; one of the most renowned and cleanest part of the world. Jeju Island is listed as UNESCO’s world wonder heritage site with outstanding geological features and home to numerous endangered species. The unique ingredient we would like to introduce consists of horse placenta that undergoes a patented fermentation technology to bring out the most effective results on human skin. This unique and radical approach brings up the question of animal safety, so we wanted to assure you that these horses are never harmed in any way. The collection process of horse placenta starts from our clean and exclusive horse farm in Jeju Island. These horses are never caged and set free to roam anywhere they desire thus making them healthier and happier. Placenta is collected when horses are giving birth and it is very important that it gets collected within 6 hours of delivery to go under our strict hygiene management system to cryogenically freeze and nurture the nutrients in the placenta. Due to tremendous amount of work and delicacy of horses, only about 1000 Kg placenta are collected every year. So every single Viale bottle is very exclusive and rare not to mention flawless results.
