The company is named after the Latin phrase ad valentiam, “to the value,” to indicate the trusted accuracy of the work we do. The Valentiam brand was established in 2018, but our history does not begin there. Many of our partners and team members have worked together at a predecessor firm for more than 10 years. Transfer Pricing We provide a comprehensive range of transfer pricing services, including planning, intangible property valuation, cost sharing arrangements (CSAs), policy implementation, documentation, audit defense, litigation support, advance pricing agreements (APAs), mutual agreement procedure (MAP) assistance, and other alternative dispute resolution services. II. Valuation We assist corporate tax departments with the valuation of businesses, including the fair market value of both tangible and intangible assets for federal, state, and local tax purposes.
