Vanprop Investments is a privately-owned real estate development company based in Richmond BC. Vanprop is currently undertaking the redevelopment of Lansdowne Mall in Richmond into a vibrant transit-oriented mixed-use masterplan. Lansdowne will meet Richmond’s challenge to create homes, jobs, shopping, parks and other amenities – a vibrant and complete community. Lansdowne Mall sits on 50 acres and will see the development of 4.5 million sq.ft. of new floor space area including over 700,000 sq.ft. of new retail and office space and 3.8 million sq.ft. of residential floor area.
