Vapor Engineering has been manufacturing vapor degreasers and degreasers with ultrasonic cleaning systems since 1964. We take pride in the reliability and ease of maintenance built into our field serviceable equipment. All Vapor Engineering BACT Models are equipped with sliding covers, “cool zone” freeboard chilling, and required safety controls to comply with O.S.H.A permissible exposure limits, and E.P.A. requirements for overall solvent emission limits at a fraction of the purchase price and operating costs for aqueous cleaning systems. Vapor degreasing eliminates most waste disposal problems. Chemicals used are re-cyclable, non carcinogenic in properly designed and operated equipment. Vapor degreasing also does not create ozone depletion problems, chemicals used are photo sensitive and have very short atmospheric lifetimes.
