The individual companies within the group will continue to act with great autonomy but will have access to shared expertise and resources. In July 2007 Variohm Holdings formed Heason Technology Ltd to take over the assets and interests of Heason Technologies Group Ltd, which had gone into liquidation. On 1st January 2011 the management of B+L purchased the Weighing part of the business.
