We are the smart vending machine assembler equipped with IoT (unified e-wallet payment gateway with less than 3-second transaction time), SaaS Cloud Solution (real-time stock & replenishment monitoring, breakdown alert) and Big Data Analysis (facial recognition that tracks the customer behaviours). We work on Smart Vending Machine is due to the fact that the future is hungry for data, and we find that smart vending machine is an essential interacting point to connect people with digital ecosystem. We find that a lot of opportunities especially the rising from digital scene such as e-wallet, e-commerce, and even programmatic advertising that could reshape the way people interact with vending machine. Our product is demanded in different key areas which include commercial and industrial. Retailing business has been weak in providing unified message across their distribution channel, due to most of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies are multichannel oriented instead of omni-channel oriented which couldn’t maintain unified message across their distribution channel. Secondly, smart vending machine also has strong application in industrial where factory is using it in monitoring their employees for product consumption on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO) that could result a 30% reduction in overall consumption.
