At Velocity Dance Center we provide children a fun and safe environment where they can develop healthy bodies, creative minds, and strong spirits. We have state of the art dance floors, experienced instructors, small class sizes, and office staff available to answer all your questions! Our programs all run on a studio syllabus so no matter who your child's teacher is you know that they will be getting top quality education and will be able to progress from year to year. Our PreSchool and Kindergarten programs have 8 learning units throughout the year. Each learning unit has an educational component (shapes, season, colors, and more), a movement concept, an action word, and a body part. Our dancers are learning, having fun, and staying healthy! Velocity Dance Center also offers classes for all styles of dance for ages 6 and up. We offer 5 levels of classes in ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop.We offer lyrical for advanced dancers. At Velocity there is a class for everyone! We offer a wide variety of levels from beginner to advanced designed for both recreational and competitive students in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, pointe, hip hop, pom and children’s dance! Velocity Dance Center is the only offical Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy in Oklahoma City. Angelina Ballerina Dance Academy classes are taught through a nationwide network of top quality dance studios. Each month your child will learn new dance skills and steps based on a new Angelina Ballerina story book.
