PET INSURANCE Vetsure Pet Insurance operates a strategy known as ‘Directional Care’ in which policyholders are encouraged to use accredited practices in our network. In today’s competitive market, it’s client traffic that is key to success. BUYING GROUP We provide our members with marketing and buying benefits typically only available to corporate practice, whilst still offering member choice and flexibility – corporate benefits without corporate restrictions. We are the exclusive buying group sponsor of the Federation of Independent Veterinary Practices (FIVP). AWARD WINNING Our Team won the 'Customer Service' Award in the Hertfordshire Business Awards 2016. We are again 'Finalists' in the 2017 Awards. Our E-Claims system WON the Insurance Times Awards 2017: 'Claims Initiative of the year' and was awarded Highly Commended in the 'Insurer Innovation of the year'.
