Vibeat Dance Studio is a place to learn Indian Dances, such as Indian Classical (Bharatanatyam), Folk (Garba, Raas, Ghoomar, Bhangra and Giddha) and Bollywood. Bharatanatyam is one of the oldest forms of classical dances. It is a systematic structural classical dance which stands on the concrete foundation of history. It is distinguished with the colorful costumes, gorgeous jewelry and hair decoration. The main components of this dance are rhythm, posture, footwork and Mudras(hand gestures). It has an ancient sign language and body language. One has to learn sharp controlled body movement to master this dance form. It has sacred beliefs connected culturally, hence it is highly respected. It is believed that many other classical Indian dances originate from this form of dance. A high energetic, rhythmic and artistically disciplined dance improves physical and mental health enhances flexibility and stamina along with lots of fun. Needless to mention how spectacular it is to watch any solo and group performances. Vibeat offers dance tutorials, and choreography for performances, competitions and celebrations.
