Vijay Enterprises has been manufacturing food grade Phosphates and Sulphates since 1981. At their FSSAI approved manufacturing facility in Delhi (India), they follow stringent quality systems to manufacture high quality hygienic ingredients for applications as leavening agents, mineral supplements, preservative and improvers. In the ingenuously developed manufacturing unit, they manufacture food ingredients like Sodium Aluminium Sulphate, Mono Acid Calcium Phosphate, Di Calcium Phosphate, Tri Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyro Phosphate, Mono Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Meta Bisulphite, Sodium Aluminium Phosphate and different types of improvers. Vijay Enterprises was started by Vijay Kumar Jain, an enterprising Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani, in 1981. In 1987, the company doubled the manufacturing area along with addition of new products. In 2014, manufacturing unit was moved into a brand new building unit. Under his supervision and guidance, the company has continuously evolved to developing new products as well as markets and has developed a reputation as high quality manufacturer of food grade ingredients.
