Vineland Growers’ Co-operative has the distinction of being the longest continually run co-operative in Ontario. Vineland Growers’ was established in 1913, and since then has been owned and operated by Canadian farmers. For over 100 years, the co-operative has bought and sold fruit grown by family farms, and has consistently delivered fresh locally-grown fruit to the consumer. Vineland Growers’ has built an excellent reputation among its customers, and has created strong alliances with major grocery store chains across Canada. Throughout its long history, Vineland Growers’ Co-operative has upheld the highest standard of safety and handling practices, and is committed to delivering local products to everyday consumers while maximizing profitability for its members. The co-operative also provides transportation, cold storage, and packing services for local farms. The company also operates two retail stores with a full line of tools and supplies for farming and growing businesses.
