Vintage Homes has been a Custom Homebuilder and Production Townhome builder in the North Metro Atlanta market since 1993. In 2007, John Yoon, an established Korean builder/developer, was introduced to Ron Morgan, President of Vintage Homes. At the time John was interested in finding a Western style housing product to fill a growing need in the Seoul, South Korea housing market. The Vintage Home style/product was a good match to what he was seeking. The Korean market has been dominated for many decades by modern or contemporary homes, whether they are detached luxury homes, townhomes or high rise apartments. The western style finish and décor is in high demand in the metropolitan Seoul submarket. John Yoon has developed an appreciation for the Vintage Homes product, quality and reputation in the US market and has proposed that, together, they can fill a growing need in South Korea for affordable and diversified housing in the Korean market. With John’s land acquisition, development and construction experience in Seoul, he provides local knowledge critical to being able to introduce and build housing in South Korea with the Western flair and finish.
