Virgin Islands Fruit Preserves was created when there was a surplus of ripe fruit. It has grown into a company offering more than 20 different unique and exotic flavors of fruit and herb jams, jellies and condiments as well as a specially developed line of Drizzlers. These latter are similar to fruit syrups and can be used to glaze meats, can be drizzled on pancakes, ice cream and stirred into yogurt as well as added to both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. All Drizzlers contain rum or wine as flavoring.
