Closing the legal knowledge gap
Visual Contracts is a platform that facilitates lawyers and designers to learn about and apply Legal Design Thinking with the aim of improving access to justice in a more human friendly way. The platform is founded in 2017 by designer Lieke Beelen who has been working on legal innovation since 2015 after winning the The Hague Innovators price together with lawyer Janneke Boerman. They developed a new concept of the privacy statement of Facebook, to make it more engaging and understandable.
