Vizabl engages with organisations and project teams in Relational Safety and Engagement. Our work is principally with organisations who have a great track record in safety and wellbeing, but who remain dissatisfied with the results they get. These organisations might already be on the journey to eliminating harm, or be new to creating the conditions to be able to do so. Whichever it is, we support the safety change journey in a pragmatic way, and work from the straight forward premise that nobody should get hurt just trying to earn a living for their families. Whilst organisations can have highly developed systems of conformance and be dedicated to keeping their people from harm, many still experience incidents that undermine the safety of their people and the security and stability of the business. We work with organisations to; Create the conditions that stimulate a change in safety culture Employ Relational Safety and Engagement for developing safety and performance gains Enable leadership teams to lead safety change effectively Engage with delivery teams, Operatives and Supervisors to ignite new relationships to safety Give first line leaders the tools to facilitate and stimulate the emergence of powerful relationships to safety Develop one off interventions in response to climate survey results or specific incidents. We work with people and organisations that are already highly successful in their field. Our approach is friendly, professional, uncomplicated and and has trust at it's foundation.
