Our clients range from the truly global manufacturers of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles to small, specialist suppliers in the UK for whom our complementary technologies provide an increased competitive advantage. Our projects are truly global, taking our people to the USA, Japan, China and mainland Europe. We provide two distinct offerings. First, we provide a very high level of expertise in the integration, control and calibration of automotive transmission systems, supported by innovative development tools designed by Vocis here in the UK. Second, we provide what we believe is the world’s most advanced and most comprehensive range of transmissions for electric vehicles. Vocis has developed a technology offering and an approach to this market that has allowed us to grow quickly against established competitors that are undoubtedly world-class. On March 1, 2019, Dana Incorporated purchased the Drive Systems segment of Oerlikon Group, inclusive of Oerlikon Fairfield and Oerlikon Graziano, our former parent company.
