Wellness Hub has been established to cater to the holistic wellness needs of people. The Hub has a team of psychologists and management experts with vast experience in psychometric assessment, counselling and behavioural skills training. A comprehensive battery of psychological tests, questionnaires, case studies and exercises has been developed by the team. Wellness Hub strongly advocates the use of technology for the services it offers and has the required technical personnel to implement and support the use of technology in providing holistic wellness services. Employee Wellness Audit (EWA) – Our Key Offering In the corporate sector we are concentrating on Employee Engagement services. EWA is a flagship product of the Hub aimed for assessing employee engagement. The EWA process begins with a quick assessment of the different components of wellness and identification of employees who need additional evaluation and wellness intervention. EWA allows organizations to know their employees, support them and transform them into fully functional individuals. The use of technology and the generation of objective and consumable data are the key ingredients in the auditing process.
