West Country Wine Tours is a social enterprise that aims to facilitate supported outdoor adventures/tours for those living with Dementia. Payments made from participants on our Wine and Vineyard Tours through the Devon Countryside will ultimately be reinvested into our Vines & Minds initiative and fund the community initiative. Outdoor activities have long been thought of as a positive and proactive necessity to help limit the level of Dementia progression.
