Having spent more 25 years in the care and support sector where adapting to individual people’s needs is vital she also understands what it’s like trying to juggle work and family life. Diane set up her ironing business so that she could fulfil her aspirations of becoming a successful businesswoman and continue to care for her son. He has multiple learning difficulties and is a full-time wheelchair user who requires 24 hour care. So, at Westbury, Diane and her team will do everything they can to help you and that means working outside normal business hours.
