The White Tiger Qigong School is a comprehensive Medical Qigong practice to harmonize body, breath, mind and spirit. It uses classical Chinese medicine theory as well as modern sports science and the concepts of fascia and anatomy to further healing and transformation, and for reaching maximum human potential through continuous physical, mental and spiritual practice. Founded by Tevia Feng, White Tiger Qigong offers teacher trainings and workshops worldwide. Students will strengthen body, mind and spirit through a fully integrated and holistic training which combines traditional methods such as Taoist internal martial arts and meditation with dynamic movements involving deep strengthening and stretching exercises to improve mobility and flexibility. Tevia Feng has studied over 50 styles of Qigong and martial arts and trained since the age of seven. He has specialized in Medical Qigong for over 15 years and works with Qigong masters as well as sports scientists and anatomy specialists to continuously develop and refine the offering of White Tiger Qigong.
