In business since 2004, Windwave is an Oregon corporation operating as an OPUC-certified competitive telecommunications and internet access service provider. Since Windwave is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inland Development Corporation -- an Oregon nonprofit entity dedicated to providing advanced broadband facilities and services to schools, hospitals, and government entities in underserved areas -- 100% of our after-tax profits are reinvested into the communities we serve. Windwave's strength is the design, implementation, support, and flexibility of our fiber optic network. Our existing network of assets provides us a significant advantage over the competition, due to our ability to design and install custom technology solutions quickly and efficiently.
