Working Space London Ltd is a boutique London focused office brokerage service. We represent 99% of the London flexible office and managed market. Our service is free and impartial. We are dedicated to finding the ideal flexible solution for our clients, operating across most business sectors, from a start-up to a larger established organisation. The directors have conjoined 20 years’ experience working from both the office brokerage and the office providers side in this sector. We are both passionate about what we do and understanding our clients’ needs are paramount. WSL was set up in order to assist businesses to find office space to rent. We realised many companies and organisations needed support in finding the right flexible solution but were unaware how to do so. WSL set out to offer a consultative approach to search, locate and move, offering the best spaces in order to advise and negotiate suitable terms for our client needs. We will take the hassle away from you, by arranging viewings to see the most suitable space for your requirement and seeing the process through to completion.
