The mission of Wounded Warrior Project is to honor and empower wounded warriors. More than 500,000 troops have been wounded in recent conflicts, many of them suffering traumatic brain injuries, amputations, severe burns, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Wounded Warrior Project’s goal is to ensure this is the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded warriors in our nation’s history. Wounded Warrior Project is a military and veterans charity service organization empowering injured veterans and their families.
