Made from dried bonito fish and used to use it to make Dashi(stock) for Miso Soup, Soba (Buckwheat Noodle) Soup, Stews and many Japanese dishes. Yamatoya is a specialty store of Katsuobushi and Katsuobushi flakes, Kezuribushi. Our products are all heated by FIR and shaved by use with our original recipes.
