ZENIT GmbH supports small and medium-sized enterprises in North Rhine-Westphalia in their innovation activities. Together with the public NRW.Bank, ZENIT forms NRW Europa (www.nrw-europa.de), the regional hub of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). The EEN is the largest innovation support network worldwide. Services offered comprise funding possibilities, technology transfer, internationalisation strategies and the finding of innovation partners in the over 50 countries represented in the network. Founded in 1984, ZENIT GmbH is a Public Private Partnership owned by the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, a consortium of banks and an association comprising some 200 enterprises. On behalf of EU, national and regional bodies, ZENIT GmbH provides services for the benefit of companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as universities and research institutions.
