Therefore, an accurate feasibility study is necessary early in the design process to assess the structure. Construction Administration We believe that the overall success of a project can be measured not only in dollars and cents but also in the ability to make the construction process seamless. Our goal during the construction administration phase is to start with a well-coordinated set of documents, despite the time restrictions often given. Next, provide answers to field issues in a timely manner, be available to review construction issues and to be an asset to successful project completion.
