Zanron Mechanical Services is a local Mechanical Contractor that has been servicing the Northwest for over 30 years. Over the years, we have grown the business from a predominately fabrication and machining business to a full-service mechanical service provider complete with engineering services. Located in Kitimat, BC we have a long and successful history serving our customers to deliver quality products and projects. Our capabilities and facilities include: • Worksafe BC certified • 7000 ft² of fabrication shop, c/w 10-ton overhead crane. (100t brake press, shear, iron worker, welding machines • 5000 ft² machine shop (2 manual lathes, 1 CNC lathe, 2 milling machines and ancillary equipment) • 1000 ft² sheet metal shop (2 brakes, Pittsburgh machine, rolls etc) • Welders CWB certified in SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GMAW on steel, aluminum, stainless, 4140, hard-facing. • Sand blasting and painting facilities • Boiler Branch registration # 831 for pressure piping • Licensed gas contractor • ISO 9001:2000 compliant • Portable line boring and field work • Professional mechanical engineer (3 mechanical engineers on staff) • Solidworks 3D and AutoCAD • Sage 100 Contractor (integrated project management software) • Structural engineers on retainer • Machinists, fabricators, millwrights, welders, iron workers, pipe fitters, gas fitters, sheet metal and painters on staff • Union shop with signed contracts with the Building Trades Unions • General contractor or mechanical subcontractor as determined by the project needs
