What we're about At Zen House we empower and elevate future entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives who are looking for a place to connect and find their moment of Zen. Zen House gives you an opportunity to celebrate self-expression and community. In a time where so many people wear masks, we create a powerful space to be your true-authentic-self. At Zen House, a Zen Circle is where I go to discover what is real for me. I can take a closer look at where I am hiding or where I am not being real with myself. It is a place where I can truly be human and celebrate my self-expression. I can feel the freedom of expression and connect deeply to my emotions. When we come together and share our authentic selves without the fear of being judged or labeled, I am inclined to dive a step deeper into my vulnerable state and challenge myself. This is where the magic happens. Zen Circles is where I can tap into my greatness. I am able to declare my highest state of being and get the opportunity to be a creator of things and a leader of communities. For the first time, I can declare certain truths about myself and how I identify as a creative and leader in the world. This is where growth occurs. By sharing my vulnerable truths, I begin to build an incredibly trusting environment that at times seems effortless. We have culminated multi disciplinary techniques through years of training that range from trainings/workshops including The Mankind Project, Insight Los Angeles, The Landmark Forum, Meditation, Nonviolent Communication Training, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Active Listening techniques to mention a few.
