At Zencyon, we provide flexible and innovative care packages to services users in the Halifax & Calderdale area. Employing sustainable practices and an ethical approach. Zencyon was formed to achieve 3 objectives: 1. Provide quality care and services in the home that are flexible and tailored to the needs of the customer 2. Create a fair, ethical and sustainable environment for care workers to prosper 3. And lastly, to create positive change in a struggling care industry How is this achieved? Objective 1 Innovative Care Offering service users the flexibility to build their own comprehensive care package or cherry pick which elements they want us to cover allowing them to stay independently in their home. Charity & The Environment Pledging 20% of all profits towards contributing to the care of orphaned pets whose human companions are unable to look after them due to ill health. Following environmentally sustainable practices and encouraging others do so. Investment In Technology We are planning for the future; technology in care is inevitable and we believe it is key to helping people remain in their homes, keeping control and spiralling care costs down. Objective 2 Promoting autonomy among the carers and the care workforce. Securing reasonable rates that provide financial security. Offering a support structure to enable self-employment. Objective 3 Fighting where possible for legislature change and better funding for the care sector funded by the core work we do.
