Since 2000, AERIO THESSALONIKI - THESSALIA has been supplying natural gas to households, businesses and public buildings in the areas of Thessaloniki and Thessalia, mostly for heating and hot water purposes. Since July 2018, the company΄s sole shareholder is the Italian ENI, a leading player in the oil & power industry. It is a strategic partnership that has for many years served and supported Greek society through innovative and reliable services. The company provides energy to hundreds of households and businesses, having become the largest energy supplier in number of connections on a national level, only second to the PPC. The company’s successful and long progress is based both on the significant benefits of natural gas and on the priority given to the satisfaction of the customers’ needs - residential and corporate - by providing high-level, safe and reliable services. For this reason, AERIO THESSALONIKI - THESSALIA is the No 1 supplier of natural gas in Greece in number of connections, having achieved a 56% gas penetration in the areas covered, while as of 01/01/2018, once the market is liberalized, the company will expand nationally, to wherever there is a natural gas grid. In December 2017, having already won the trust of hundreds of thousands of customers, we made the next big step . entering the electricity market. We became ZeniΘ, wanting to reach our services higher & offer to our customers . more! We became the 1st integrated energy provider in Greece with natural gas & electricity products! And we continue with you! The company's primary objective in the Greek energy market is to provide integrated energy solutions to its customers in the entire territory. In this context, the company has sealed its entry in the electricity market, having acquired by the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) a 20-year license to supply 350MW of electricity. This will allow the company to offer bundled products, as well as electricity and gas products and services, totally covering the consumers' energy needs, both at residential and at business levels.
