In 2015, Fritz Trott, Cihan Aksakal, and Frederik Fahning founded Zenjob to improve the future of work. Our three co-founders envisioned a world where people could create a self-determined work schedule using innovative technology. A world where people could work when, where, and for whom they want. “Manage Your Jobs with a Click” Today over 250 employees from all over the world are sharing our co-founders’ vision. Together, we are focusing on providing jobs to students who need to financially support themselves without sacrificing their education. With our technology, we connect companies with students in a very short time. Companies request temporary help from students in our online booking tool. Suitable students are matched with the job. It pops up in their Zenjob app where the students can apply for it. Our approach has proven to be a great success with over 1100 companies placing more than 12000 jobs to over 15000 active students each month. Let’s change the way we work! As part of our Series B funding round in November 2018, we managed to raise over 15 million euros led by AXA Venture Partners along with participation from Acton Capital Partners, Redalpine, and Atlantic Labs. These funds are being invested in our technological product development as well as in our ongoing expansion into new cities across Germany.
