Created with sports scientists from NBA and MLS teams, ZoneIn is the digital solution being used by over 10,000 athletes to stay healthy and improve their performance. ZoneIn provides daily macronutrient and hydration targets are generated for each user, in order to optimize both performance and recovery. The platform lets all users know exactly when and what they should be consuming throughout the day, sending time-sensitive notifications based on an athlete’s training schedule.
