hOMe is a heart-based business dedicated to individual and community transformation and healing. In particular, hOMe focuses on the integration of body, mind, heart and spirit, and offers folks an opportunity to explore Eastern and Western traditions. We offer psychotherapy, yoga, meditation, group retreats, and workshops. While we do hold retreats in various locations across the Mid-Atlantic, our primary location is in Berks County, PA, at our serene hOMe retreat center.
