Later in 1969 its marketer, Bakelite India Private Limited was merged to form Bakelite Hylam Limited (BHL). The pioneering effort in thermo set plastics was Bakelite Hylam’s prelude to a prolific product range mainly developed in-house through a well-equipped R&D center.
