If you’re a professional recruiter or staffing agency, we provide you with a recruitment database of pre-screened candidates who are seriously interested in and well-prepared to find their new career opportunity. If you’re an employer, you can provide employees a goodwill, employer-branding gesture in times of heightened workforce reductions by extending your employee experience through a 3-month candidate offboarding subscription to our platform. We are a subscription-based SaaS platform, a private, confidential platform. Through our Boot Camp program and vCounselor support (former HR and recruitment professionals), which includes a personality test and culture questionnaire, candidates will have a robust profile, be well-prepared for the job search process and will know what they’re looking for and how to interview and work with recruiters and staffing agency personnel.
